Finance Facility Wind Project (Ukraine):
Advising a fund in relation to the proposed participation as sole B Lender in Senior Debt financing of 110MW Dnepro-Bugsky Wind Project.

Progressovka 148MW Solar (Ukraine):
Advising Scatec Solar in respect of the construction aspects of the Progressovka project in the Mykolaiv region in the South of Ukraine. The project will be realised in collaboration with Power China Guizhou Engineering Co. Ltd. The project will be realised under Ukraine’s 10-year Feed-in-Tariff scheme and the solar power plant is expected to deliver power also beyond the Feed-in-tariff period.

Boguslav 54MW Solar (Ukraine):
Advising Scatec Solar in respect of the Boguslav project, situated in the Kyiv region in central Ukraine. The project will be realised under the country’s 10 years Feed-in-Tariff scheme.

Astarta Agri-Commercial Financing (Ukraine):
Represented both EIB and IFC on two separate financings (of a duration of between 6-9 months each) with respect to financing for the agri-commercial business of the Astarta Group in Ukraine. Drafted financing agreements and assisted the due diligence process for the DFIs.

Astarta Restructuring (Ukraine):
Represented EBRD in respect to the restructuring of a French parent company with operating subsidiaries in the Ukraine.

Cherkassy Solar Project (Ukraine):
Representing the sponsor in respect of a 30MW solar PV in the Cherkassy region of Ukraine.

Chigirin 55MW Solar (Ukraine):
Advising Scatec Solar in respect of the Chigirin solar project, located in the territorial limits of Ratseve Village in the Chigirin district, in the south-western part of the Cherkasy region of the Ukraine. The solar power plant is expected to deliver power also beyond the Feed-in-tariff period.

Advising Scatec Solar in respect of its second project in Ukraine located in the Cherkasy region in central Ukraine. The project will be realised under the country’s 10 year Feed-in-Tariff scheme and the plants are expected to deliver power also beyond the Feed-in–tariff period.

Advising Scatec Solar’s first solar project, the Rengy project, situated in the Mykolaiv region in the South of Ukraine, is Scatec Solar’s first Project in Ukraine.  The project will be realised under the country’s 10 year Feed-in-Tariff scheme and the plants are expected to deliver power also beyond the Feed-in –tariff period.
