Published: 28/04/14

The Rwandan Government, through the Rwanda Development Board, and Ngali Holdings Ltd has entered into a public-private partnership concession agreement to implement the e-Gov Services Platform (‘RwandaOnline’). Trinity acted as legal advisers to Ngali Holdings Ltd in relation to the drafting and negotiation of the agreements to develop, finance and operate RwandaOnline. The objective of RwandaOnline is to digitalise government-to-business and government-to-citizen services and to offer those services through the internet and mobile devices. It aims to provide a breakthrough in the digitisation of the Rwandan economy with attached social and economic benefits for the country as a whole.
