Trinity advised Eni on oil assets sale in Congo to Perenco for approx. USD 300m
Published:On 27 June 2023, Eni signed with Perenco an agreement for the sale of Eni’s participation interests in several assets in Congo, non-core to the company’s strategy in the country.
The transaction value is approximately $300 million USD, including firm and contingent consideration, subject to customary adjustments. Closing is subject to the authorisation of relevant local and regulatory authorities.
Trinity International advised Eni on this transaction, in liaison with Thierry Mamimoue at AfrikaBlue for Congolese law advice.
