Rinku Bhadoria joins Trinity London Office as Partner

The partners of Trinity International LLP are delighted to announce that Rinku Bhadoria joins us today as a Partner in our London office. 

Rinku has over 18 years’ experience in advising sponsors, funds, host governments, export credit agencies and commercial lenders on the development, acquisition and financing of international energy and infrastructure projects.  Rinku’s practice spans a number of sub-sectors including renewables, thermal power, infrastructure and oil and gas within the EMEA region and has acted for FTSE 100 companies, IOCs, NOCs, oil and gas majors, commercial banks, multilateral and development banks, infrastructure funds and start-ups.  Rinku has deal experience across Africa (including Morocco, Cameroon, Ghana, Ethiopia, Sudan, Kenya and South Africa) and the Middle East (including Qatar and Saudi Arabia), and has significant deal experience in the UK and Europe.  Rinku has most recently advised a leading developer on wind and solar developments in Kenya.

Rinku spent the first ten years of her career in the London office of Clifford Chance, as part of its Worldwide Projects Group, where she advised on ground-breaking transactions such as the financing of the €6.4bn Nord Stream gas pipeline project and the commercial development of the Qatargas 2 and 4 LNG projects, including advising on up-, mid-, and down-stream aspects of the LNG development and sales agreements to markets in the US, UK and Asia.  Rinku spent five years as a partner at King & Wood Mallesons LLP (formerly SJ Berwin LLP) where she was part of the team responsible for setting up and managing its Energy and Infrastructure practice in London.  Rinku joins Trinity from the Energy & Natural Resources practice of Squire Patton Boggs, where she has been a partner since 2017. 

Rinku’s focus on the financing and commercial aspects of energy and infrastructure, her experience in the EMEA region and her well-regarded commercial acumen on innovative project financed transactions make her a perfect fit for Trinity’s growing practice.  We are excited to welcome her to the team.
