New joiners

We are excited to let you know that we will soon be joined by two new team members.

Kanmi Lawson joins the corporate team in London from Herbert Smith Freehills (Paris) as a Senior Associate. He has a wide range of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer on single and multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and disposals (including comprehensive buyer/seller due diligence, transaction implementation and ancillary joint venture and other shareholder arrangements) to international investors throughout Africa in the power, oil and gas, infrastructure, transport, mining
and telecommunications sectors. Kanmi is also a French speaker and a qualified French lawyer.

Elizabeth Handley joins us in London as an associate from the Allen & Overy LLP London project team and will support the Trinity teams in particular on the financing and project document aspect of transactions.
