Yassine Allam is a senior lawyer at the Paris office of Trinity International. Yassine advises both lenders and sponsors on complex energy and infrastructure projects, in France and abroad.
He specialises and advises on banking and project finance transactions across a wide range of sectors, in particular, in relation to energy projects (greenfield and brownfield), infrastructure, transportation and energy transition-related projects.
Before joining Trinity International, Yassine was an associate within the Banking and Finance departments of international law firms in Paris and London. With experience in both developed and emerging economies, he has worked on a significant number of transactions in Europe and Africa.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Yassine has Masters degrees in Business Law and Comparative Legal Studies and holds a PhD (doctorate) with honours on the subject of private equity under OHADA law.
Yassine is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
