Yalda is an Associate at Trinity International AARPI (Trinity Paris).

Prior to joining Trinity, Yalda has worked and trained in several leading law firms, including in the International Arbitration departments of Ashurst LLP and Gide Loyrette Nouel, and in the International Arbitration & Litigation department of Herbert Smith Freehills in Paris.

Yalda has been involved in transactions and projects, including project financings in sub-Saharian Africa primarily in mining, oil & gas, power and infrastructure sectors. She has experience working on matters relating to Francophone Africa’s local and regional legal and regulatory systems, including OHADA and UEMOA. She has also been involved in the resolution of commercial and investment international disputes across a number of sectors.

Yalda holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and is admitted to the Paris Bar Association.

She is a native French speaker, and speaks fluent English and Arabic.
