Rinku Bhadoria has over 18 years’ experience in advising sponsors, funds, host governments, export credit agencies and commercial lenders on the development, acquisition and financing of international energy and infrastructure projects.  Rinku’s practice spans a number of sub-sectors including renewables, thermal power, infrastructure and oil and gas within the EMEA region and has acted for FTSE 100 companies, IOCs, NOCs, oil and gas majors, commercial banks, multilateral and development banks, infrastructure funds and start-ups.  Rinku has deal experience across Africa (including Morocco, Cameroon, Ghana, Ethiopia, Sudan, Kenya and South Africa) and the Middle East (including Qatar and Saudi Arabia), and has significant deal experience in the UK and Europe.

Rinku spent the first ten years of her career in the London office of Clifford Chance, as part of its Worldwide Projects Group and was subsequently a partner at King Wood & Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin LLP) where she was part of the team responsible for setting up and managing its Energy and Infrastructure practice in London.  Most recently Rinku was a partner in the Energy & Natural Resources practice of Squire Patton Boggs.

Rinku received her LLB (Hons) from the University of Oxford and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2003.
