Rhiannon Lock is an Associate with Trinity International LLP. Prior to joining Trinity, Rhiannon trained and qualified as a solicitor at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where she was an Associate in the Project Development & Finance team.
Her experience includes advising lenders in relation to the multi-stage restructuring of two airport concessions in Tunisia, advising an LNG shipping company on the construction and development of a floating liquified natural gas facility offshore Mauritania and Senegal, and advising lenders on the development and financing of various power projects in the Middle East.
Rhiannon graduated from the University of Lincoln with a Bachelor of Laws in 2014 and qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2019.
