Pietro Bombonato is a dual-qualified English solicitor and Italian avvocato. He is a Senior Associate at Trinity International LLP. Previously, Pietro worked at London-based firms Volterra Fietta and Omnia Strategy LLP and trained at DLA Piper in Milan.

Pietro has over 10 years’ experience in international arbitration across a wide range of industry sectors, such as telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, advertisement, professional services, sports and agriculture. He regularly represents and advises States and multinational corporations in arbitrations conducted under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and LCIA as well as in ad hoc arbitrations.

Pietro holds a law degree (laurea magistrale in giurisprudenza) from the University of Milan and an LL.M. in International Law from the Graduate Institute of Geneva. He has also studied law at the Free University of Brussels. He is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and French.
