Martin is an Associate at Trinity International AARPI (Trinity Paris).

He specialises in Corporate/M&A and Private Equity, with a particular focus on advising investors in their equity and quasi-equity transactions across various sectors in emerging markets, especially in Francophone Africa.

Before joining Trinity International, Martin worked for four years as an Associate at ASAFO&CO in Casablanca and Abidjan. Martin trained and qualified in France, with training experience at Mayer Brown, Stephenson Harwood LLP and Dechert.

Martin holds a Business, Tax and Financial Market law degree from the Paris-Sud University, as well as an advanced Master in Corporate and Investment Banking from ESCP Business School. Additionally, he obtained a Master in Law at the University of Glasgow.

Martin speaks fluently English and French.
