Augusto joined Trinity in 2020 as counsel.  He has more than 30 years of experience working for major law firms, US government agencies and multilateral finance institutions.  He has represented lenders, sponsors, contractors, insurers and government entities in all aspects of project development, finance, restructuring and M&A transactions.  Augusto’s experience covers renewable energy, telecommunications and general infrastructure in virtually all countries of Latin America.

Augusto received his degree of Abogado from the Universidad Católica Argentina in Buenos Aires and his LLM in Comparative law from Southern Methodist University.  Augusto is a member of the Bars of New York and the District of Columbia and of the Colegio Público de Abogados of the City of Buenos Aires.
