Maïlys is an Associate who recently joined the Paris office of Trinity International AARPI.

She specialises in Project Finance and Project Development, with a particular focus on advising lenders and sponsors on cross-border energy and infrastructure projects located in developing regions, especially in Francophone and Anglophone Africa.

Before joining Trinity International LLP, Maïlys worked for three years as an Associate at Clifford Chance. She also gained in-house experience as international legal counsel in the Projects department of Bouygues Energies and Services.

Maïlys holds a double degree in French and English law from the University of Essex and the University of Toulouse I Capitole, as well as a Public Business Law degree from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Additionally, she completed a certificate in International Economic law in Africa from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

She speaks fluently English and French.
