Grigor Chobanyan is an associate at Trinity International LLP.  He is admitted to the New York State Bar and has been eligible to practice law in Armenia since 2016.  Grigor is currently in the final stage of qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Grigor has extensive experience in project finance and corporate transactions, including private equity and M&A, across sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure, transport, IT, financial institutions, healthcare, and leisure.  His work spans jurisdictions in the CIS, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and the United States.

Grigor holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and is a recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship.  He is a native Armenian speaker and fluent in English and Russian.
