Trinity advised Eni on the completion of an oil assets sale in Congo to Perenco

On 12 March 2024, Eni announced the completion of the sale to Perenco of Eni’s participation interest in several upstream permits in Congo, non-core to the Company strategy in the Country, after having obtained the approval of relevant authorities.

Trinity International advised Eni on this transaction, in liaison with Thierry Mamimoue at AfrikaBlue for Congolese law advice.
