Telecoms Financing Close

Trinity advised the lending consortium (including Citibank, Standard Chartered, Absa Capital and Barclays) in relation to a telecoms financing transaction (approximately US$120m) in sub-Saharan Africa that reached financial close at the end of January 2011.
