Co-generation Plant (Mauritius):
Representing a joint venture on a proposed thermal power plant in Mauritius, the plant was to be a co-generation plant providing heat and power to a sugar refinery, part of the by-product of which was to be used to fuel the power station.

EAIF financing (Mauritius):
In two separate transactions (in 2011/2012 and 2010), the team represented and is currently representing AfDB (and IFC and OeEB) in respect of its provision of additional debt to the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund.

Advising a leading South African bank on the development and financing of an energy to waste plant in Mauritius.
